What is MOQ for your brand and how about the lead time?
* Our brand (for the stock watches): 1000pcs per shipment with assorted models in 20pcs per color: 5~10days; We also can accept 500pcs per order but the local handling charge $100USD will be required, or you are as the shipper, there will no extra handling charge.
* Our brand (for the production order): 1000pcs per shipment with assorted models in 100pcs per color: 35~55days
Can we order your watches with our brand? If yes, what is your MOQ and lead time?
It’s OK. The MOQ for your brand is 1000pcs per shipment with 300pcs per color. Lead time is about 35~55days.
What is your standard packing for our order?
Our standard packing is bulk pack (10 slots plastic tray with paper sleeve), which is free. Besides, we have two kinds of boxes (Blue square paper box with black plastic stand, Oval paper box with black plastic stand), but they will be charged if you choose them for your order. You will find packing photo in each model page on this website.
What is your water resistant for your watches? And what movement do you use for analog watches?
Most of our watches rated 10ATM (100M) water resistant, only less models rated 5ATM (50M). We use Japan Y121E movement or 2035 movement for our analog watches depending on the models.
What is your guarantee if we place order to you?
We will provide 1% spare complete watch or 5% spare band (you choose one) for your order. If there are any functional problems on our watches in one year after shipment, kindly return them to us and we will help repair them free of charge. We only pay the delivery cost for the watches returned to you after repaired. Usually our defective rate for watches is less than 1%.
Most of our engineers & technicians are from national-owned companies, with an average of 25 years experience in both watches and electronics. We aim to produce high-quality, fashion design products to customers all over the world. Our capability is about 300000pcs watches per month. We have our own injection factory, molding factory and import quality Japan electronic components.
