Over the past ten years, Yilugao has made unremitting effort and continually pushed forward the corporate development, realized the accumulation of original capital, from the production of single lane to Multi lanes, gradually advanced to specialization and scale development. In 2001, Yilugao is officially founded on 27th, November. At its early days, the staff is less than 20. its major product is single lane model for liquid. However, our hard working Yilugao staffs are afraid of no hardship and working on the production improving day and night. All of these contribute to Yilugao’s new area.
In 2006, Yilugao Manufacturing Factory move from Haizhu district to Baiyun district in Guangzhou. More than 10 technicians are working in the technical design department. Products to pack are covering not only liquid, but also granule, powder and other irregular goods.
In 2009, Yilugao get the CE from Europe. And successfully we open a new international market. At the same time, the hardware parts counting and packing machine successfully went into operation in “Meidi” and “Huawei”.
In 2013, Yilugao cooperates with the KFC supplier in Thailand and Heinz for the multi-lane liquid model.
In 2014, Yilugao established a new manufacture factory in Dongguan. Yilugao made a big forward step and rapidly development.

After sales service
1、We provide one year free warranty for our devices (after the day of acceptance). During the time warranty, we will provide free service for device faults and damage that not caused by human factors. We will provide service after receive phones or written notice. But service fees caused by improper use will be covered by customers themselves.
2、Beyond warranty, we can also provide spare parts and maintenance service with paid.
3、We also have timely and effective problem-solving mechanism.
4、We will dispatch technicists to guide installation and commissioning at field after devices arrived at customer’s site, and provides training for device operators. The customer needs to charge the cost of this travel, like visa, traffic, accommodation and so on.

Spare parts service system aims at providing excellent and comprehensive service for spare parts projects, including replace, warranty and after sales service. At the same time, we also take plant reconstruction and heavy repair project and make unique program for you. If the quality problems caused by improper installation or other spare parts of other parties, not by Yilugao, we will not take any responsibilities and refused to provide service.
