1. What kinds of materials can use for Polestar metal parts manufacturing?
All kinds of carbon steels, stainless steel, Aluminum alloy, brass, copper, zinc alloy.
2.What is the finish treatments?
For carbon steel parts, can be treated by electroplating of chrome, zinc, nickel, blackening, hot-dip galvanizing,, power coating, painting.
For aluminum parts, can work as anodizing, , power coating, painting, electrophoresis, satin(brush) finish.
For stainless steel parts, can be passivation, chemical polishing, satin finish, and etc.
For brass or copper parts, can be tinning, nickel plated, chrome, silver, gold plating.
For zinc alloy parts, can be treated by electroplating of chrome, zinc, nickel, power coating, painting with all kinds of colors.
3.What is the payment term?
Tooling cost 100% paid in advance.
Mass production, 30%-50% in advance, balance paid at sight of copy of B/L.
T/T and L/C are both acceptable.
4. What is the price term can be worked?
FOB Shanghai port, or CIF destination port.
5. What's the general lead time?
Usually 3-4weeks for the mass production, 2-3weeks for the sample lead time.
6.What packings can be provided?
For some products, the package is carton, then pack with seaworthy pallets.
For some wholesale produces, the package is PE bags, small box, bubble structure, then put in paper cartons, or Tape and Reel for SMT Pick and Place, or designated by the customers, then by Composite-board (seaworthy plywood) pallets.
7. What is the quality & compensate policy of Polestar Metal Products?
We manufacturing metal parts strict to the drawing requests, every processes should be tested by the worker every 30 minutes, and the workshop director must check it once in the morning & afternoon, after finish we shall provide the COC, test reports, plating report, if needed we can provide the certificates of ROHS, SGS. But for small business, the cost should be beared by customers.
We can do salt-spraying testing in house or instead it by dip in liquid(chloride of lime + salt +water) 3days, then bask in sunshine 3days.
In case any discrepancy on quality and quantity of the goods is found by the customers after the goods arrive at the port of destination, claim which should be loaded with us within 15 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination.
